The desk · one trip at a time

Get the flight right once.

The cheapest fare is usually not the cheapest trip. No search engine knows how much you are carrying, what your visa appointment date is, or that you have to be there by the 18th — so none of them can tell you which flight is actually right. Send me those three things and you get one page back.

Written by Abhijay, in Jabalpur. One person, not a call centre.

What arrives

One page, inside 24 hours, written for the person actually paying for the ticket.

The flight, and the date

One recommendation, named: airline, routing, and the date to book it for. Not a shortlist of five for you to re-decide.

The bag maths

What the trip costs once your actual luggage is counted. Two checked bags on one carrier versus one plus a paid second on another can swing the total by more than the fare gap — and it regularly reverses which flight is cheaper.

Book now, or hold

If the sensible answer is to wait, that is what the page says, with the date to look again. Nobody else sends that message, because nobody else is paid to tell you not to buy.

What I could not decide

The things that depend on facts I do not have — a visa that has not come through, leave that is not approved — written as the specific risk, not left out to make the page look tidier.

This is for you if

  • You are flying out for a degree, with more luggage than a normal trip and a report date you cannot miss.
  • You are booking against a visa decision that has not arrived, and you do not know whether to buy a refundable fare, a cheap one, or nothing yet.
  • It is one expensive international ticket and getting it wrong costs real money.

It is not for you if

  • You are flying Delhi–Goa next weekend with a cabin bag. Use the route guides — they are free.
  • You already know your airline and your date. You do not need me and I will say so before taking anything.
  • You want the absolute cheapest number on the internet regardless of what it excludes. That is a search engine, not a brief.

What it costs

1,499, and the second half is refusable.

499 to start

Paid by UPI when you send the details. It is what stops me writing briefs for people who were never going to read them.

1,000 on delivery

Only if the page beat its own fee. If it did not save you more than it cost, keep it — say so and we are square. That is not a refund policy, it is the order I do things in.

UPI: abhijay0894@okhdfcbank — send the token only after I have confirmed I can take the job.

What this is not

I do not sell or issue tickets. VoyagerX never takes your card, never holds a booking, and never handles money meant for a ticket. You book directly with the airline, on their own site, with your own payment.

I do not produce dummy tickets. A consulate asks for a reservation, and there are places that will sell you a fake PNR for a few hundred rupees. This is not that. The brief tells you whether to buy a refundable fare, hold, or wait — which is the actual question.

I recommend; you book. Schedule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding and visa outcomes stay with the airline and the consulate. I am not an immigration adviser and this is not legal advice.

Fares move. Any number in a brief is a reading at a stated time, checked on the airline’s own site before it is sent to you — the full sourcing method is published.
