These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VoyagerX, available at voyagerx.in. By using VoyagerX, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

VoyagerX is a travel comparison and planning service. We help users search routes, compare indicative or live fares, review timing notes, generate AI-assisted destination and itinerary ideas, and continue to partner websites for booking.

VoyagerX is not an airline, travel agency, ticket issuer, tour operator, insurer, payment processor, immigration advisor, or government authority.

Final booking, payment, ticketing, cancellations, changes, refunds, loyalty points, baggage rules, seat selection, and customer service are handled by the airline, online travel agency, or other partner you choose. Their terms, fees, privacy policies, and cancellation rules apply.

Prices, availability, taxes, fees, currencies, fare classes, baggage, and schedules may change before or during partner checkout. Always verify the final details before paying.

AI destination finder, itinerary, chat, and recommendation features are provided for convenience and inspiration. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You are responsible for verifying visa rules, passport validity, transit rules, health requirements, safety advisories, weather, accessibility, local laws, and booking conditions using official or partner sources.

VoyagerX does not require an account to search, compare, or continue to partner checkout. If you submit your email for fare alerts, you confirm the email is yours, consent to receive route or fare emails from VoyagerX, and may unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time.

• Do not use VoyagerX for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its partners.
• Do not submit malicious code, spam, fake bookings, or content that infringes rights or violates law.
• Do not use automated systems except through interfaces we expressly provide or permit.
• Do not rely on VoyagerX for emergency, medical, legal, immigration, or financial decisions.

VoyagerX may earn affiliate commissions or referral fees when you click partner links or book through partners. This does not increase your cost unless a partner states otherwise. Affiliate relationships do not control the final partner price, availability, or booking terms.

VoyagerX, including its design, text, software, branding, and user experience, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use VoyagerX for personal travel planning, but you may not copy, resell, or exploit the service without permission.

VoyagerX may display or link to third-party fares, offers, images, maps, weather, reviews, travel products, and booking services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, checkout flows, or performance.

VoyagerX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoyagerX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost bookings, travel disruption, missed flights, partner errors, or data loss. Our total liability for claims relating to VoyagerX will not exceed the greater of INR 5,000 or the amount you paid directly to VoyagerX for the service giving rise to the claim, if any.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold VoyagerX harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of VoyagerX at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.
