What to write about, and what happens next
A fare or a fact looks wrong
Send the page link and what you saw. Fare readings, airport codes, flight durations and seasonal claims are all checkable, and a page that is wrong gets corrected rather than quietly left. If the correction changes the copy, the page's last-updated date moves with it.
A booking or a refund
VoyagerX does not sell tickets, take payment or issue refunds — booking completes on the airline or travel partner's own site, and they hold the contract. For a booking already made, the partner named on your confirmation is the only party who can act on it. If you are unsure which partner that was, send the date and route and it can be identified from the link you followed.
Fare alerts and your data
Alert emails carry an unsubscribe link that works without signing in. To have an address removed entirely rather than unsubscribed, write and say so. What is stored and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.
Press, partnerships and everything else
VoyagerX is a small independent site built in India, not a company with a support desk, so replies come from a person and the target is two business days. Partnership and press enquiries are welcome at the same address; if a message needs a partner's own systems to resolve, you will be told that plainly rather than left waiting.
